Is this a scam?
No, and it's a fair thing to wonder. You don't pay anything to see your preview, and you only pay if you decide you want the site. Payment goes through Stripe, the same checkout big companies use. Your domain and your email stay yours the whole time.
Why build it before asking?
Because "we could make you a better website" is easy to ignore, and seeing your own business done right isn't. Building it first costs us the time, not you.
How did you find my business?
We look at public information, like your website and business listings, for businesses with great reputations and websites that undersell them.
What happens to my email?
Nothing. We only change the two settings that point your domain at the new website. Your inbox, your email addresses and everything else stay exactly as they are.
Can I change things?
Yes. Tell us what to change when you order and we'll do it before launch. After that, email us any time, and small edits are done within two business days as part of your monthly plan.
Who owns the site?
You do, once the setup fee is paid. The monthly fee covers hosting and care. If you ever leave, we send you the files.
What if I don't want it?
Then do nothing. The preview comes down on its own after 30 days, and we won't keep emailing you. If you'd like it taken down sooner, reply to our email and we'll remove it the same day.
How do you set the price?
By the size of the business. If you build yours here, it's based on the team size you tell us. If we found you, it's based on public information like team size. Either way, your exact price is on your preview before you decide.
